Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Within China we normally use China EMS. Overseas we use TNT or Airmail according to your choice. Airmail delivery is completely free worldwide for DVDs, CDs and VCDs. Overseas shipping costs for heavier items are kept to a minimum and can be viewed by clicking on the 'estimate shipping' link at the bottom of the page.

We will normally despatch your order within 7 working days of your confirmed payment. Overseas delivery times will vary according to destination, however you should receive your order within 1 week of dispatch if you choose TNT(Table Rate Shipping Method) and within 1-2 months of dispatch if you choose Per Item Shipping Method.

If any item within your order is not in stock and therefore unavailable for delivery within our usual timescale, we will notify you as soon as possible. In these circumstances you will always have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait.


If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have received, you may return them for refund or exchange provided that the goods are returned in the original condition and packaging.

Please Contact us beforehand so we may expect them and please obtain a receipt from your local Post Office.

Unless the items you are returning are faulty, due for example, to a fault in manufacture or damage in transit or that the item was not as described on our site, we regret are unable to refund postage and packing charges (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, the charge incurred by us in sending you the original item and forming part of the cost of the item).

In the case of exchanges (of an item that is not faulty) for an equivalent item (eg. of a different size or colour) you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us and will also need to send payment for the additional postage costs incurred by us in sending the replacement items to you.

If Things Should Go Wrong

We take care in selecting quality products, use reputable carriers and inspect all goods before we send them out. Despite all of this, we appreciate that occasionally things can go wrong. If you have a complaint, in the first instance please contact us via the website - please be assured of our best attention and we may even be able to resolve an apparent problem immediately.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice but changes will not affect any data already held and transactions already effected. Your legal rights are not affected by any of the above.
